Most communities have a Facebook forum, or more than one, but most of us don’t know who runs them or how much work it takes to keep them running smoothly. We’ll talk to Wendy about what inspired her to launch the forum and the steps it takes to run a good forum. Turns out that it takes a village to run a forum.
