How Can I?

In this episode of Morning Motivation, Michael challenges the most common self-limiting phrase: I can’t. Every time you say it, you close the door on possibility. But when you ask How can I?, you leave the loop open — and your mind, your subconscious, and even the universe will start working to bring you an answer.

The trick? Don’t rush to fill the silence with your doubts or quick solutions. Ask the question, let it breathe, and allow the answers to come — whether right away, in a dream, or weeks later in an unexpected moment.

Stop shutting yourself down with “I can’t.” Start opening the door with “How can I?”

How can I? This is the question to ask yourself when you run into an obstacle. How can I? What most people do is they say, I can't. I don't have what I need. I lack the resources. I don't have the money. I don't have the tools. I don't have the knowledge. But what if instead you say, how can I? This puts your mind in a very different state. When you say you can't, you're done. You're no longer thinking about it. You've moved on to the next thing. But when you say, how can I? You have posed a question. It has left the loop open and our brains can't stand an open loop. We've got to close it. We've got to find that answer. How can I? When you ask that question, your mind starts looking. How can I? How can I? How can I? How can I? Ideas will start to come up. Now, here's the mistake people make when they ask this question. They try to answer it. How can I? Well, let's see. I could. No, no. No, let's see. How can I stop? The answer is there. It's in your subconscious. It's in the divine wisdom. It's in the wind. You need to shut up long enough to hear it. How can I do this? How is this possible? How will this work? And when you ask the question and leave it to the universe, leave it to your mind, create the vacuum of an answer, then the answer will be sucked in. The answer will be pulled towards you. Don't fill it with your own answers. Don't fill it with noise. And definitely don't fill it with doubts. How can I? Well, I can't think of anything. Wow, you spent a whole half second on it. that amazing you didn't find anything how can I and let it let it hang in silence just let it be and see what comes and maybe the answer will come right away and maybe it'll come later that day or that night or in a dream while you're sleeping or when you wake up the next day or seven and a half weeks later when you're watching an unrelated YouTube video or in morning motivation you never know better listen to them all just to be safe instead of saying I can't ask how can I
