Instead of getting upset at something someone says, try telling them to “have a great day.” Don’t let their negativity affect you. If you respond to their negatives with kindness, your day is going to remain positive. And hopefully, your positivity will change their day as well!

Ever feel like you don’t know where you’re going, but you’re making great time? It happens to everyone, and that’s okay, as long as you know that’s what you’re experiencing. Because at some point you’ll figure out what you’re going to do with the experience! The inspiration for driving down your personal Route 66 is going to come to you. But you have to keep driving! If you pull over, you’re getting nowhere fast. So keep going!

The gift you have may be subtle, but you still have one. Everyone has one. You might not think it has value, but you would be so wrong. Someone needs the gift you have to share. Even if you don’t change the whole world, your gift may change someone’s whole world. So what is your gift? Where can you do the most good with your gift?

Our world is so complicated. We like Chuck Norris jokes because of the simplicity of them! The concept of the indestructible Chuck Norris gives no doubt. It’s so straightforward, giving us a breath of fresh air. Anything complex paired with Chuck Norris makes the complexities simple. It’s not real, but it makes life a little easier. Even if you don’t like Chuck Norris jokes, please find something that gives you rest and simplicity.

People say things that eschew responsibility. It’s not someone’s fault for being disadvantaged, but relinquishing responsibility lets go of control. Your choices matter, even if you don’t see the results right away. It can take years to get where you want to go. But if you give up responsibility, your fate is no longer in your hands, and you’ll never get where you want to go.

We wish for the thing believing we don’t have the power to get the thing. Instead, start wishing for the ability to get the thing. Wish for the power to do the things. That’s a wish that can come true. It’s a wish you can control! Wishing for the ability to get the thing puts that energy into the universe. It’s setting an intention, and with that your wishes can come true.

If you don’t have power or control over your life, it sucks when people blame you for your outcomes. You can’t argue your way out of everything. If you take control, you take power over what happens in your life. You’ll get the results you want. If you make excuses, things won’t go well. You don’t have to accept blame, but you should take responsibility. It won’t be an instant thing to get to the life you want, but you won’t get anywhere if you don’t take responsibility.

There’s not enough time to do all the things you want to do in life. You have to choose what is genuinely meaningful and important. Do what you can, what’s important to you. Don’t chase other people’s dreams. If you follow what you truly value, you’ll live your life with very few regrets.
This episode is read from a very insightful comment left by Demian Pedone on my Facebook page.
All the choices you have ever made have resulted in where you are today. You need to appreciate that. Take your choices seriously. You can’t keep blaming your past or your luck. Accept responsibility for your life and your choices.
We are all human. You don’t know when it’s going to end, and that’s scary. But it’s less scary once you accept it. You have things you can teach from the journey you’ve been on so far, and you can help others make less mistakes than you did. Leave your legacy, and share your greatness with the world.
