Terms and Conditions for Network in a Box
- Subscription and Payment
- The cost of Network in a Box is $300 per month, starting from the date you sign up. This amount will automatically rebill every month unless canceled.
- Orientation Process
- Upon signing up, you will schedule an orientation meeting where we will determine your ideal connections.
- An orientation form will be provided to gather information about your goals and preferences for introductions.
- Training and Coaching Support
- Training on effective one-to-one meetings will be provided in one of the following formats: live group, live 1:1, or pre-recorded sessions.
- Access to Michael Whitehouse or another designated coach is available via email, text, or other messaging platforms.
- Responses will typically be provided within a few days, though delays of up to a week may occur due to travel, illness, or other extenuating circumstances.
- Curated Networking Experiences
- Dates for curated networking experiences will be shared in advance and scheduled in consultation with all members.
- While efforts will be made to accommodate everyone, it may not be possible to align with all members’ schedules for every event.
- JV Connect Access
- VIP access to JV Connect is included. Event dates can be found at https://www.jv-connect.com.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard or by emailing Michael@guywhoknowsaguy.com.
- Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to deliver valid introductions or otherwise fail to fulfill the promises of the program. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion.
- No refunds will be provided for the following reasons:
- Member inaction, such as failing to follow up on introductions.
- Technical issues beyond our control, such as emails ending up in spam folders.
- Failure to attend live events, including curated networking experiences or JV Connect.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
- All personal and business information shared with us for the purposes of networking will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
- Program Changes
- We reserve the right to update or modify the program, including its features, training formats, and event schedules, to improve the quality of the service. Any significant changes will be communicated to members in advance.
- Member Responsibilities
- Members are responsible for following through on introductions and attending scheduled events or meetings to maximize the value of the program.
