I have your back. I’m here for you, to answer your questions, to connect you with businesses that I trust because of my relationship with them, and to be there if something goes wrong.
Because I have a relationship with anyone I might introduce you to, you are working with good people in the first place, so things tend to go right. If something does go wrong, I’m here to mediate. So often, conflicts between clients and contractors are nothing more than misunderstandings that could be cleared up to everyone’s satisfaction if only there were someone to translate.

How does it work?
It’s simple. Just like asking a friend for advice, you contact me with what you need. I’ll introduce you. For some jobs, it’s as simple as an introduction to someone who does what you need.
For others, I might introduce you to two or three providers who can bid, allowing you to find the best match for you. There is much less pressure in selecting a bidder because you know that no matter whom you choose it is a reputable company that I trust.

Some providers will give me commission arrangement, but if they will, all of their competitors will as well, so there is no conflict of interest. My integrity is worth far more than any commission. If a provider mistreats one of my clients, I don’t care what kind of commission they offer, my clients come first.
Furthermore, the more clients I can help, the more leverage I have on their behalf to ensure that they get the best treatment from the businesses I connect them with.
