Make today a good day. Start every day by telling yourself that it’ll be a good day. Think about the three best things that happened today. What about the three worst things that happened today? All of those things happened on the same day. So set the intention that today will be a good day. Remember that telling yourself this, your subconscious will take that to heart. Now you’ll have a good day. Keep those intentions positive!
