How Do You Respond to What Happens?

Your feelings are how you respond to what happens to you, not by what happens to you. Two people can have the same thing happen to them, but they will likely respond very differently. If something bad happens in the morning, the whole day doesn’t need to be ruined. Each event is its own event. Move on to the next thing. If you approach everything with positivity, you’ll be amazed at what that can do for you.
