How you use your time is valuable, and sometimes pausing what you’re working on makes more sense than trying to slog through something that isn’t working for you. You can go back to it in the future, if it serves you. But only if it makes sense to go back to it. It’s okay to let go of anything that doesn’t add value to your life.
